With Christmas one week away, I'm certain many have gotten their presents purchased and all wrapped up under the tree. While baking is now probably underway and groceries and meals are being prepared, this Christmas and holiday season is more than likely very different from any other that have occurred. While many will be staying home and no visiting their loved ones, some are lucky enough to be able to spend time with those they love this season. I've put together a couple different looks for this holiday season.
I love a casual, yet classic look. High waisted black jeans with this cozy white sweater are perfect for Christmas this year. This sweater has great detail that gives the illusion of polka dots, but it is just the stitching technique. I love this look with a couple different shoe options. You could wear this with over the knee boots, booties or mules depending on your weather. If you are in a cooler climate, toss a teddy coat or a camel coat over this look!

If you are dressing it up a little, I love a good faux suede skirt for Christmas. I paired this camel colored suede skirt with a hunter green sweater and black over the knee boots. It's a great dressy look that is also super simple. Another way to wear this look with a little flare, is adding tights and swapping the over the knee boots for snake skin booties.

Thinking comfy and cute? I love my sweater skirts for this option! There are so many ways to dress up and down sweater skirts and I truthfully wear mine year round because they are lightweight enough to be great for summer wear too! I love my cropped button front cardigans, and they are so cute with this skirt style and literally everything else. I love this black button front cardigan paired with my taupe sweater skirt. Toss on some booties and a denim jacket and you are good to go. Want to wear this look to run errands or travel? Toss on some sneakers.
Go dressy, literally with a dress for Christmas. I love wearing a maxi dress and booties. This one is great with this suede moto jacket over it! You can also create the illusion of wearing a skirt by putting a pullover sweater over the dress. You can either tie the sweater or you can wear a belt and tuck the sweater into it to create the same illusion. Again this look is great with sneakers to create the more casual feel.
Have a favorite blouse that you like to wear? The holidays are a great time to do so! Grab your favorite blouse and pair it with jeans. This look is great with over the knee boots if you are wearing skinny jeans or booties for any other jean style. You can grab nearly any jacket style to pair with this look. A moto jacket is great, especially if it is cropped and you are wanting to create a waistline. If you want a classic look, grab that camel coat again.

I hope you have a happy and safe holiday season!
