Fall Fashion Wishlist

Hello all!

I am so excited for fall fashion this year and hopefully the ability to head out and explore my new city, safely!

I am loving all things fall fashion, as usual, and I found some really fabulous and unique finds that I would love to add to my closet for fall! I have been trying to dwindle my wardrobe and only purchase pieces that will really enhance pieces that I already own and also pair well with many options! That being said, staple items are mostly what I am searching for this season!

First up on the list, these amazing paperbag jeans with a straight leg and a tie waist. They are ultra flattering and look to be amazingly comfortable! The tie waist will really enhance and flatter the waist and the wide leg will really accentuate leg length, making legs appear longer! They have an amazing high rise (13 inches!) and a slightly cropped length (25/5 inches). The website does recommend sizing up to avoid gaping at the pockets, exposing the pocket lining.

Style these with your favorite blouse tucked in, a tank as show or an oversized sweater with a nice front tuck! Sandals are perfect for warmer weather but mules will be the perfect transition and even a cute pair of ankle booties would be amazing as well!

A great utility jacket would be perfect paired over top, so long as the jacket doesn't have a bulky tie at the waist!

Next up on my list is a great quilted jacket! I think that they are super unique and also so fun and perfect for fall! They are lightweight enough to add a nice layer with a tee but also can pair perfectly with a chunky sweater as the weather gets even cooler in the upcoming months! This one is corduroy and a longer length, which I love! The buttons are gorgeous and the pockets are also great! The split hem is a great accent.

There is also this great, shorter option included in the Madewell Secret Stock Sale for under $30! It comes in rust and olive!

I always love a great mule style shoe for fall and even in to winter, so long as it is not actively snowing/sleeting. I have never had a heeled pair, but this great taupe pair would be the perfect neutral shoe to wear with nearly everything! I almost always wear a neutral color for shoe in a brown tone, so this taupe pair is right on par with my style and what I look for in a shoe. Pointed toes elongate the leg and look great paired with a wide leg jean, no matter your height or body shape! This would be a lived in pair for sure!

Wide brim hats are so trendy lately, and I totally get why! This beige colored one is no exception. It is not only great for fall but it's great for year round wear as well due to its great lighter color! I have been searching for a beige/cream colored one for a while now and this may just be the one!

I am not a big wearer of blush or pink. Although they are pretty, I just don't always find myself gravitating towards those colors. This sweater though, is entirely perfect and cozy for fall, and the blush tone with specks of knit throughout seems like just the right piece to have in a blush color. Carly Jean is a company in LA that does sourcing right there, locally most of the time. They are very hands on with the creation and sourcing of their products and they have grown so much in the last two years! If there is something you see in an upcoming launch that you want, you better set your alarm and log on right as it launches or you may just miss your chance on an amazing product!

I have been wanting a charcoal denim jacket for so long, but have yet to find the perfect one! Enter again, Carly Jean. Their denim products are phenomenal! I love the longer length on this jacket and the fact that there is no distressing makes it really easy to dress it up for occasions where distressing on denim might not be appropriate. I love the idea of pairing this jacket with white or lighter wash jeans and of course, dresses and skirts! There are endless pairings with a denim jacket of course, but a charcoal denim jacket makes it even easier to mix and match and find great pairings!

I have been loving gingham lately! This wrap top in neutral colors is so gorgeous for fall and even into winter! I love the idea of pairing it with off white denim and the charcoal jacket above to create a great transitional look for fall! Top the whole look off with the taupe mules and you are set for your day! The tie can create great shape and the balloon sleeves are ultra trendy and keep the fabric from sticking to your arms on a hot day! Simple accessories would be perfect paired with this top to keep it the focal point of the look.

Last on my list, is this dainty bracelet by Made by Mary. It is entirely customizable! I love the gold tone and you can select which birth month flowers to include on yours! It is a perfect gift idea!

Thanks for reading along! I hope you are starting to feel like fall too!
