Fall has nearly left us already and winter is so near. It has already snowed here in KC just a bit and that got me thinking about my winter gear, especially shoes and booties. I love a great fall and winter bootie, but let's face it, they are not all practical for snow, ice and slush. Today, I am rounding up some great options for you to check out!
L.L.Bean Waterproof Pac Boots
Cozy, warm and a great way to keep your feet dry this fall and winter. I love this olive color with the sherpa fleece accent. This boot is perfect to pair with leggings, joggers or jeans for your fall and winter looks. They are the perfect boot to keep it casual while out and about.
Joan of Arctic Wedge II Chelsea Bootie by Sorel
These are my absolute favorite boots for fall and winter! I have the camel color but also love this gray/taupe color. I wear mine nearly all winter long and they still look brand new. They are comfortable enough to wear all day long, even when you are on your feet!
Original Short Rain Boot by Hunter Boots
Hunter rain boots are always a great option when it comes to rain boots. I have the taller option and they are great for keeping warm but if you need to do any walking around, they can be a bit of a bear. A midi option would be much lighter and would not feel so much like you are lugging around heavy shoes. It's so easy to style any style of boot by Hunter so you can truthfully take your pick when it comes to different styles or even colors!
Courmayeur Valley Chelsea Boots by Timberland
I have personally never tried the Timberland brand, but these booties have great reviews! I love the height of the shaft and chunkiness of the sole. They are a great bootie that can be made ultra sporty and casual or dressy with a dress and sweater. You will need to weather proof these yourself, but it seems so worth it for these cute boots!
Cate Lace Bootie
I absolutely love these booties from Sorel! I think these are so so cute and love the amount of style options that there is for these. The chunky heel and lacing add some edge to a classic boot. They would be super cute with a wool sock and skinny jeans or a flowing skirt for fall. These are boots that anyone could get so much use out of!
Let me know what fall and winter booties you are loving! Thanks for reading along!
